We are fortunate to have a group of highly skilled Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who have been with New Heights ABA since the beginning and many newer RBTs who we hope to have with us for the long run. This is the team that implements therapy for our clients each day.
Our Registered Behavior Technicians undergo a combination of video and hands on training prior working 1:1 with learners. We provide ongoing training and weekly supervision to ensure our technicians continue to grow in their skillset.

Sandi Lehr is the Managing Clinical Director and founding owner New Heights ABA. Her near decade of experience includes utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in schools, the homes and in center-based settings for children ages 1 through 10 years of age.
Sandi received her undergraduate degree from Baldwin-Wallace University and a Masters in Education in Foundations of Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati.
Sandi is a lifelong Northeast Ohio resident who enjoys spending time participating in outdoor activities with her family.
Our New Heights ABA locations are supported by very skilled BCBAs / BCaBA who have over 30 years of combined experience in working with children diagnosed with autism. This is the team that creates programming for our clients.

Operations Manger/Employee Supervisor
Rachel is an integral member of the New Heights ABA family. She ensures that our locations are running smoothly by coordinating the onboarding of new staff, scheduling, marketing, event planning and coordinates caregiver and staff training.
Rachel is returning Northeast Ohio resident who has lived in various parts of the country. She enjoys traveling with her husband, outdoor activities and walking her dog.
