Clinicians
Our New Heights ABA locations are supported by skilled BCBAs and a BCaBA who have extensive experience working with children diagnosed with autism. This is the team who creates programming for our clients, supervises the RBTs delivering therapy, and provides parent and caregiver training. Our Administrative Team creates our weekly session schedules, ensures billing compliance, and are certified RBTs leading therapy sessions.
Registered Behavior Technicians
We are fortunate to have a group of highly skilled Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who have been with New Heights ABA since the beginning and many newer RBTs who are eager to grow and develop as practitioners. This is the team that implements therapy for our clients each day.
Our RBTs undergo a combination of video and hands on training prior to working directly with learners.
We provide ongoing training and weekly supervision to ensure our technicians continue to grow in their skillset.
Are you an RBT who has a passion for working with children? We would love to talk to you about joining our team!
