We recognize that every child possesses unique learning needs and we will develop a comprehensive treatment program that is tailored for your child. Our skilled therapy team will work closely with families on training and implementing components of our treatment programs across settings.
In order to begin services at New Heights ABA, a child must have a diagnosis for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) as well as an active insurance policy that covers ABA therapy. We will verify your insurance including any deductibles, co-pays and co-insurance you will be responsible. Once in order, we will begin the assessment process before we can make a recommendation on ABA therapy hours and treatment.
Families will meet with the Clinical Director or BCBA prior to the assessment so that more can be gathered about your child and their needs.
Once a child has been assessed for functional, behavioral and communication deficits, a treatment plan and behavior plan will be created. Upon approval by insurance, those skills will be practiced throughout the day, across various settings and therapists, and ultimately, programmed for generalization.
