If you are reliable and have demonstrated experience working with children 1-10 years of age in a preschool/daycare setting or as a nanny, we would love to hear from you. In addition to bringing your experience of working with children to New Heights ABA, you’ll be expected to complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) videos prior to working with our clients. New Heights ABA provides free paid training so that we can set you up for success.

Technicians (RBTs)
New Heights ABA is always looking for experienced RBTs to join our team. You MUST be reliable and have a demonstrated passion for helping children meet their maximum potential. Prior experience with early learners is an absolute must.
RBT Student
Practitioners
Are you an active RBT who has a passion for working with children and are interested in making a career as a BCBA? We would love to talk to you about joining our supervision program. You can find out more on the education and experience requirements at the BACB.
We provide paid and quality supervision throughout the RBT’s journey by ensuring they have gained solid experience based on the most recent Task List issued by the BACB.

If you are energetic and comfortable working with children ages 1 to 10 years of age, can commit yourself to your clients through engagement and play, and are willing to learn, New Heights ABA wants to hear from you.
