Sick Policy

Client and Staff Sick Policy

New Heights ABA strives to keep its facility clean and free from germs, however, this is not always possible during cold and flu season.  To keep the spread of germs at bay, the following rules apply to clients and therapists:

- Temperature 100.4 or higher

- Persistent Cough, Strep

- Diarrhea

- Vomiting

- Eye infection (red/itchy eyes, discharge)

- Unusual nasal discharge

- Extreme exhaustion (i.e., did not sleep night before)

- Rashes (other than diaper)

* For any contagious illness, New Heights MUST be notified immediately so all visiting families can be made aware of possible exposure.
